Hey everyone.
We hope you had a nice break. FDG is back in business this semester and there are plenty of really exciting (and new!) things happening. More news on that to come.
For now, we are happy to tell you we are now accepting submissions for this semester's vernissage, which will take place in late March. We are always open to pushing the gallery to its limits with new and exciting art, however, in order to make things happen we need to have as much information about your ideas/works as possible! To submit please send:
- jpeg files of your work (no links please!)
- a brief artist's statements (just a sentence or two)
- title of your work
- dimensions (cm please!)
- medium (painting, photograph, mixed media, etc)
Last semester we had an amazing amount of submissions but due to theme and space constraints we could not show it all. So if your work was not shown feel free to submit again! Unfortunately we can't accept performance pieces at this time...save your ideas for next time though!!! We can't wait to see the products of all your creative minds! Deadline is February 20!!!!!
