The Fridge Door Gallery Presents: Handiwork

The Fridge Door Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of their most recent exhibition: Handiwork.

USINE 106U is happy to convey you the opening of the spectacular exhibition FRATERNITÉ presenting the artwork of 29 visual artists: Mark Prent, Eric Braün, Mimi Traillette, Adeline Lamarre, Xavier Landry, Yves Milet-Desfougères, Daniel Erban , Sweet Grognasse, Scott Ferry, Jiem, Sébastien Forest, Claude Bolduc, Rosalie Gamache, Geoff Webb, Rob Kenter, Maud Besson, Haemi Kim, Eric Bolduc, David Junkin, Amy Goh, Guillaume Côté-Roux, David Levy, Azoth, Ian Langohr, Rosie Everett, Ectoplasm, Anne Buisson, O_O and Florent Veilleux.

Hallucinogenic paintings, pop-art silkscreens, disquieting kinetic sculptures, erotic etchings, original drawings, trash plush toys, surrealist jewelry other fascinating curiosities will massively take over the space. The exhibition takes place at USINE 106U, 160 Roy E. from March 2nd to March 31st 2011, and the opening will be held on Thursday March 3rd from 5hPM to 11hPM. Opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday noon to 6hPM , Thursday & Friday from noon to 9hPM.

Mindfcuk Preview in Leacocks

The Fridge Door Gallery Presents: mindfcuk

Mindfcuk is the first ever solo show hosted by the Fridge Door Gallery. It highlights the artwork of local student artist, Aquil Virani, who has been an important part of the FDG for several years now. His inspiration for this exhibition is the art of visual trickery.

The show opens on Tuesday, February 15 at 5:30pm - 8:00pm in the Arts Lounge, which is located in the basement of the Leacock building (McGill Downtown Campus). Refreshments will be provided, so stop by and check it out!
